This gorgeous pool house addition was designed and built for a couple that hosts many family and business parties.
The multifunctional space includes a full bathroom and kitchen, masonry fireplace, re-built chimney and new chimney to match. All interior pool house spaces are heated and air conditioned. The project also includes a formal terrace, and seating areas under cover and in the open, which make for great entertaining spaces in changing weather conditions.
Since the pool house was designed as an addition onto the existing 100-year-old home, stone matches were critical. The result is a seamless and natural look.
The pool and deck were also completely redone, transforming the entire space into the perfect area to relax in, enjoy and have fun entertaining in.
