Marty Cappelletti

Founder

Raised in the trades, Marty Cappelletti built Cappelletti Builders from a small basement renovation nearly fifty years ago, to some of the most distinctive and enduring homes on the Philadelphia Main Line and beyond. The organization boasts some of the most talented people in custom building. “I believe in surrounding myself with the very best people and listening to their ideas. From the office to the field we service our clients to the very best of our ability every day”.

When not working, Marty spends time at the shore, on the golf course and playing baseball in a senior men’s league. Marty is married to his college sweetheart Joyce and lives in Berwyn

Andy Lucas

Director of Construction

Andy started his career in construction in 1979 at the age of 17 as a carpenter’s
helper. He worked as a carpenter until 1987, when he began supervising projects. His first project was a 192-unit townhouse development. Andy began working for Cappelletti Builders in 1990, and has been managing projects large and small ever since.

Andy has been married to his wife, Lisa for 30 years and has two children.

Joe Ceribelli

President

Joe began his career at Cappelletti Builders in 2006 after graduating from Widener University with a BS in Finance. Joe spent most of his first few years shadowing Marty and learning the ins and outs of the construction business. He is now continuing that legacy of excellence in overseeing the organization.

Joe lives in West Chester with his wife, Jackie, and his son, Vincent. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and golfing.

PROJECT SUPERVISORS

KEVIN SLAUGHTER

Kevin joined Cappelletti Builders 7 years ago as an Assistant Supervisor after working for years in the construction industry . Kevin is now a Project Supervisor with experience running additions, renovations, new homes and accessory buildings. His exceptional work ethic combined with his technical skills and attention to detail make him a key member of the Cappelletti Team. Kevin lives in West Chester and is an avid sports fan.
